Agent FOMO operates a professional network for licensed real estate agents from Mansfield, Texas. This notice describes our marketing website and its inquiry forms. Account registration, agent profiles, referrals, subscriptions, and activity inside the separate Agent FOMO application may involve additional information and choices.
Information collected on this website
When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We also record campaign information, such as the referral source and campaign associated with your visit. Please do not include client records, financial information, health information, or other sensitive information in the inquiry form.
Website hosting and tracking services may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page visits, referral information, interactions, and cookie identifiers. We use inquiry information to respond to your request and manage our business relationship. We use website measurements to understand traffic and improve the website, and advertising information to measure campaigns and support relevant advertising.
